Congratulations to Zane Gifford and crew on Raging Hormones for taking the line and handicap double, Nick Gillies on Waka Huia in second in his first nationals and Mark Bond on Slipstream 3rd after a challenge with the U Flag OCS rule.

Frans de Court picked up the 1st Corinthian (no pros aboard) prize, Y88 measurer Chris Macindoe picked up the Taylor Trophy for sportsmanship for all of the efforts weighing and measuring pre event and ...James Corbett the $500 Harken spot prize.

It was fantastic to have designer Jim Young and his wife Anne come along for prize giving along with Mike Pearce class boat builder Mike Pearce Boatbuilders Ltd.

Like usual the event was immaculately run by the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) race and hospitality team and having the umpires on the course ensured clean racing.

Harken/Fosters are proud to support this great event.
