Christmas 2026 Delivery Dates and Store Hours

Delivery Dates for Christmas 2026

Due to increased volumes of freight during the Christmas period we recommend the following cut off dates to receive your items prior to Christmas: 

New Zealand - Monday 21st December 

Delivery to rural locations within New Zealand may take up to an additional 3 working days.

Australia - Friday 11th December 

Delivery outside major cities, including to rural or remote areas will take longer, particularly South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territories, Tasmania and North Queensland. 

United States - Friday 11th December 

South Pacific - Thursday 10th December 

Asia, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom - Monday 7th December 

Rest of the World - Thursday 3rd December 

We aim for orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, to be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10am or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Thursday 24th December - 8:30am to 1pm

Friday 25th December - CLOSED - Christmas Day 

Saturday 26th December - CLOSED - Boxing Day 

Sunday 27th December - We are always closed on Sunday's 

Monday 28th December - CLOSED - Boxing Day Observed 

Tuesday 29th December - 9am to 3pm 

Wednesday 30th December - 9am to 3pm 

Thursday 31st December - CLOSED - New Years Eve 

Friday 1st January - CLOSED - New Years Day 

Saturday 2nd January - CLOSED - Day After New Years Day 

Sunday 3rd January - We are always closed on Sunday's 

Monday 4th January- CLOSED - Day After New Years Day Observed 

Tuesday 5th January - Normal operating hours resume
